We hope this message finds you staying healthy and gearing up for the holiday season!
Last month Team Canada participated in the FHA Shanghai Invitational Culinary Competition. CF Members Rahil Rathod, Long Yue and Sydney Hamelin showcased Canadian Cuisine and took home a Gold Medal! We are so proud of these talented chefs representing our country with culinary excellence. Congratulations Chef Rahil, Chef Long and Chef Sydney!
A couple weeks ago, our members received instruction on renewing for 2025. Thank you to all the members who have renewed your membership already! As in previous years, we like to take renewal time as an opportunity to confirm the accuracy of our member database. Please be sure to check that the information we have on file for you is correct before renewing. Thank you for your attention to this and patience.
Don't forget that anyone renewing for December 31, 2024 will also be entered into a draw to win one of two National Culinary Federation Conference Registrations for the National Conference in Moncton, New Brunswick May 26 – 29, 2025.
