Exciting News! The 2023 Taste Canada Awards Soirée is returning to the historic Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto and you're invited!⁠ Join us as the winners of the one and only national, bilingual cookbook award are announced – it's the biggest night in Canadian cookbooks!⁠

⁠This will be an intimate evening with great food and great company, as Canada's top cookbook authors, bloggers and influencers, publishers, producers, chefs and restauranteurs, media and cookbook fans, gather to celebrate Canadian culinary writing.⁠

Canadian comedic icon Ali Hassan will lead the fun as the bilingual host for the evening. He will reveal which cookbooks will take home the Gold and Silver awards in each category. PLUS, the winners of the Taste Canada 2023 Cooks the Books student cooking competition presented by Canadian Beef as well as the Taste Canada Hall of Fame presented by the Culinary Historians of Canada will be revealed!
